Really enjoy this podcast with one teeny exception, the intro. Matt stretches/yells out the wording but that's easily fixable by skipping. These 2 provide great keto info and balance their interview skills. Love and am VERY grateful for their contribution to food ideas. Heading next to get their new ebook! Great job guys! Thanks!!

Welcome to Keto For Normies, a podcast hosted by Matt and Megha, the founders of KetoConnect, a ketogenic food blog and YouTube channel. Weekly we will have on guests from all walks of health, nutrition and business to give you insight into their relationship with the diet guidelines they follow and the businesses they run.
