Elseworlds Crossover Review - What Crisis is Next for the CW's Arrowverse?

TV Talk's Thadd Williams and Collider's Dorian Parks sit down to review Elseworlds, the three-part crossover event in the CW's Arrowverse, encompassing The Flash, Arrow, and Supergirl. They break down the events of the crossover, the first look at Batwoman and the Arrowverse version of Gotham City, that "big tease" for next year, and their overall thoughts on whether or not this year's crossover delivered. Elseworlds saw Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin pulling double duty, as both actors played Oliver Queen/Arrow and Barry Allen/The Flash, along with Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl. Guest stars include Ruby Rose, Jeremy Davies, LaMonica Garrett, Tyler Hoechlin, Elizabeth Tulloch, Cassandra Jean Amell, and John Wesley Shipp.

The DC Universe streaming service is in full swing now and one of their original shows that’s getting some great buzz is Titans. A live action version of Teen Titans that focuses on a number of younger heroes existing in a world where older heroes have established themselves. The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Nightwing, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Alan Ritchison, and Minka Kelly. The show debuts on October 12th on the network. Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.
