Hypnosis can assist you in changing your beliefs and if you can change your beliefs you can change your results.  Hypnosis allows you to focus on what you want so you can get what you want.  All hypnosis is self hypnosis and is a normal state of relaxation.  You only accept suggestions given to you that are consistenet with your internal values and beliefs.  Hypnosis is completely safe and is a heightened state of awareness.  You are in control at all times.  The majority of weight issues are due to deep underlying root issues that you may not even be aware of.  A hypnosis weight loss program is a natural, quick and easy way to reach your ideal weight.

Massive Mistake #1 is believing that diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight.  Food doesn't cause you to be overweight, your thoughts do.  It's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you.  Losing weight can be a challenge on a good day.  Losing even 10% of your body weight can make a huge difference to your overall health.  Write down long term and short term goals and write down three weekly action steps you can take to help you achieve your goals.  Have support from someone who wants to see you achieve your goals as much as you do.

Massive Mistake #2 is not realizing that you cannot spot train to lose stubborn belly fat.  Ultimately you need to strength train and increase your cardio in order to create lean muscle mass and increase your metaolism.  Be realistic in what you can and cannot do and set boundarires for yourself and those around you.  Create manageable steps and set a goal that you will be able to achieve.  Get a coach or a mentor and be accountable to yourself as well as someone else who wants to see you succeed probably even more than you do.

Massive Mistake #3 is not realizing that portion size is key to reaching your ideal weight.  Using a food journal or following the portion size on the Nutririon Facts Panel found on food packaging can really help you to realize how much you eat.  The biggest offender to portion size is eating out, so eat by choosing sensible food choices and appropriate portion sizes.
