Women Who Lead is about women who charge (or nudge, or stumble) forward with courage, imagination and ideas, making decisions or taking actions along the path. It’s about us, but if your charging days have not yet begun, perhaps this show will help you take the first step. Women Who Lead challenge the status quo, perhaps in a major corporation, perhaps by challenging the dress code at their child’s school or perhaps by addressing the Supreme Court about equal pay. We may walk or run or fight against a disease, or for a principle, or for a people, or the land and the earth. Or we may decide at the age of 82 to show up at the next family get-together with pink hair. We hope to stimulate discussion, sometimes through interviews and sometimes by rolling around an idea or issue ourselves. It could be something in the news, or something we saw at the movies or on Netlfix or something that happened at the grocery store. Who knows. We truly live in the time of Wonder Women who in a million ways, large and small, are leading, inventing and transforming our society. She is all of us, and we will move together – to equality, to change, to the future. Welcome aboard.
