Sujit Lalwani is an entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of  Inspiration Unlimited eMagazine,  a venture that is an All Positive, No Gossips Media Platform that brings Inspirational News & Stories from around the globe from various dimensions & strata of society, and an author of the book Life Simplified!

He is also an international speaker - who love talking to early-stage startups on growth strategies, and addressed 4.5Mn+ people through speeches over the last 14 years & managed to drive a social impact that crosses 10Mn+ people. Featured in 55 Amazing Indians in Service(Book by OP Khanna), Top 40 Under 35(Potential Matrix from Malaysia), & Top 70 Namma Bengaluru Award Finalists(3 Years in a row). Delivered keynote at OYW Stage(183 Nations under one roof(2012 in Pittsburgh, USA).

As a Startup Coach, Sujit has now started moving startup businesses, building an online profile, solve group hacking and marketing strategies for a lot of startups who are struggling to get first tipping number and threshold, and earning a rich and fulfilling life. He traveled more and got fascinated to create companies, businesses, and make a lot of dreams come true. But his sail is not as smooth as you think. Sujit has a lot of ups and downs but his limiting beliefs and visions keep him up and going.

Sujit came from a modest family with few resources, and compromises exist. He promised he doesn't want to see these things happen again in his family. He witnessed how his father strives harder with all of his efforts to succeed out from scratch. Sujit has been exposed to a lot of issues and alternatives. He grows up aware of the losses, tensions, stresses, pressures, and inspired by how his father keeps their family intact despite how busy he is on realizing his visions.

Fortunate to have his father as a teacher who believed that acquiring anything is possible, and you’re the best whatever you do in life. This opens up him the ideology that there are freedom and control over your destiny. These limiting beliefs inspired Sujit to push harder towards his visions.

Along with that, Sujit thinks that there’s so much potential to execute so many solutions. Today is the time for freedom fighters where entrepreneurs are the problem solvers who are going to create history and also leaves solutions for a lot of people. You don’t need to know it all, be the smartest, with the most experience, with the most capital to startup business but believe in your vision and have a passion for that vision. Change that psychology on how you engage with fear. Take it as a challenge, an adventure and have fun. Don’t let fear paralyze you and feel regret at the end.

Check yourself whatever you’re good right now. Do what you’re passionate about. Whatever things you engage with, whatever that things that begin to spark in you, whatever passion that you start with, it’s going to open up everything that you’re looking for. Whatever you’re currently pursuing and doing, do it with 100% focus and 100% energy and believe that you’re going to win this current set of things.  Eventually, this will you to lead opportunities for yourself. If you don’t know where you end up before you start, it’s fine, that’s the journey. It’s okay if you fail a lot of times and wins a few times, that’s part of the game.

Some Questions I Ask:

  • How do you have that so much damn energy my friend? (01:59)
  • Where were you born, where is home for you, and how is your evolution with your dreams and belief takes place over time? (03:05)

01:05:04

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, Rhonda Smith who shares wonderful thoughts about plant medicine, lots of healing than can be offered to this medicine, how to connect to the things around you, and the importance of authenticity to step into the higher version of yourself and make progress on yourself!

Rhonda Smith is a life coach, and the Co-Founder of The Expanded Hueman Company, a group of individuals who’ve been brought together by a higher force and a series of synchronicities to answer the question “what’s next after personal development?”. This is for the CEO, entrepreneur, and risk-taker who has created wealth and external success but is still looking for a deeper meaning.

Rhonda is an amazing leader in the community as she attracts high level to life-changing individual.  She authored the book, The Whole Method, guides you back into the deepest recesses of your self, lighting the way to remembering who you really are and unlocking your infinite potential.

Rhonda’s journey started after her incredible depression. Seeking for something deeper and looking for medicine, she wanted to go deep spiritually as she could. Her curiosity, deep feeling of her own patterns, addicted tendencies, and the found dark places in her life led her there. She decided to learn these things and recognized it as her path. Then, she went on training with some sacred medicines and learning how to journey through medicine.

Her own healing led her to the journey of figuring out how to support others and listening to their souls. Later, she created retreats that basically composed all the things that we’re missing and really trying to take a different approach like offering transformation, coaching, and support for people who suffer from the same.

This amazing woman believes that humans already have the medicine inside of us. It’s just remembering to reconnecting this part of yourself and connecting to the things on the planet. She holds that there’s healing in plant medicine. Plants have spirits and its evolution is changing, going through its own process and content over the years. Also, understanding that there’s spiritual essence or the ability of each plant. They all have the ability to work with us. The results could be good or harmful to your health depending on how you will use it, knowing your intention to work with it and not to abuse it.

Moreover, it’s important to give yourself space, let yourself work with plants and the things around you, and surrender and decline expectations. It gets you thinking outside of the box, and acting outside your capacities. It is called the healing of the planet. Being able to step our own healing of the planet and make a decision for ourselves that we don’t stay in controlled. Some of the billionaires on the planet are the most depressed people. Rhonda realized it is important of giving yourself time to rest and let yourself lay in bed. You need to take a day for yourself. Have that space where you integrate and set yourself again. Stop thinking always of achieving and earning more money. Take a week off by yourself if you can.

Lastly, be in total integrity and honesty in yourself on how you talk and act. When we don’t connect into the truth to these things, we missed out information that’s in there. Ryan Pineda is a Real Estate Investor, Author,  Entrepreneur, ex Pro Baseball Player, CEO of Homerun Offer, a local real estate business in Las Vegas, NV who has helped hundreds of homeowners buy and sell properties. Their goal is to provide a quick and no hassle solution to selling your home with a positive effect on the local economy. Every home they buy creates jobs and opportunities for real estate agents, contractors, escrow officers, local home improvement stores, and many others in the industry.

For the past several years, he has dedicated to growing his businesses, and now refocusing that dedication towards the education of others who aspire to be successful in this arena. That's why Ryan published the Flip Your Future book, and is now offering the Flip Your Future Course

Grow up going to church and in a family faith-based, Ryan had always pretty strong faith. He believed that God molded him into what he is today. It wasn’t his dream to be an entrepreneur but a baseball player. He thought his path was to go and play baseball, and he wanted to be a famous baseball player. But he found out that God had other plans for him to help people on the business side and impact other people through his faith.

Ryan has always been a hustler on the side. He started selling at 12-years-old includes Pokemon cards, iPhone, and other stuff in school. Later, real estate became his side hustle job while he was playing baseball. But after a couple of years of being a realtor he gave it up. It sucks him working with clients. He thinks it was the worst business ever. Later, he got into flipping couches and appliances where it feels him easy to earn more money.

Ryan is very intentional in continuing to put himself in learning and growth opportunities. In 2015, he officially began his real estate investing career. He realized he could be an investor even though he didn’t have a lot of money yet. Started from a $10,000 dollars in the bank and keep it rolling and rolling again. Ryan became a flipping-machine, started flipping more houses, spending less time working and making much more money than ever. Three years after taking that leap of faith, he became a millionaire and has purchased over 100 homes in seven different states.

In addition, Ryan’s business grows because of his good traits as a good leader, managing well his people,  staying accountable and team-based, his willingness to adapt, being an open-minded, and easy to work with. Ryan figured it out how he relates to other people that he bumped into and makes sure he is growing together with his employees.

Moreover, Ryan treat failures as lessons to learn. He takes a review on the low points of his life, ask why it happened, and make sure that doesn’t happen again. He likes to set goals for the year and not a fan of 5-year goal setting. He’s really a day-to-day kind of guy, let things happen as they do, and trying to make decisions daily. Despite being intentional in pursuing passive income, Ryan is not all about the dollars and success but a family-first person. He doesn't want to be a workaholic and doesn't want to sacrifice the time intended for his family because they are his number one priority.

Above all, Ryan’s desire is to share his story, inspire others, and teach anyone how to do the same. How? Figure it out what your priorities are and don’t let anything mess those up!

She designs a plan and approach to uncover what’s really to customers to be wealthy. Teaching them how to actually invest in themselves, how to explore, knowing what’s most important for them, what they are seeking, and where are they going.

Moreover, Katherine meets their clients where they’re at and get to know them. Allowing the clients to be who they’re and securing them that they are very much a partner, allowing themselves to be vulnerable and open up some time to define them their own meaning of financial independence and not set by society. Katherine makes sure that people feel safe so that they can now begin to explore as they want to live their best and be financially independent.

Katherine is creating impacts around money and her family. She doesn’t let herself controlled by fear instead of focusing on the positive stuff.   She believes that if you’re pursuing your best life, you’re going to make tons of mistakes along the way. She makes a point of not recognizing the responsibilities of being parents. You need to be there for your children, for their safety, nourishment, and figure it out how to support them.

On the other side, she emphasizes on start living naturally as opposed to just the pursuit of building wealth. This will make things a little bit complicated unintentionally. Instead, find out that happy medium in your life and what you deserved with your money, time, and investment. Beau is very intentional in investing meaningful experiences, investing in physical health, and investing in financial literacy. He believes in having financial planning is really significant to move towards a financial goal. If you want to do something do it,  there’s no better time than now. Get on the path of creating a roadmap to unlocking a rich life. Identify your clear definition of rich life because it will light you up, gives you energy, and a sense of empowerment. But be honest with yourself and don’t let your unconscious side affected by negative things like mistakes and beliefs affect your plans, actions, and principles.

Then, learn how to create income, handle it, sustain, grow, and leverage it.  Make sure to create expenses on what’s left, and don’t accumulate debt that you can’t afford. If you have an issue managing a thousand dollars then you’ll have the same issue managing thousands in the future. The money thing starts working when your philosophy changes. When money, investing, savings, and something doesn’t work, it doesn’t mean you're a failure. Don’t be afraid to try, fail, learn, get feedback, try again. Do it repeatedly and just continue giving yourself opportunities.

However, monitor on what you’re doing to make sure you’re on your goal, do you need to change your goal, and what lessons you’ve learned. Make sure you’re putting your business in a good position, your business partners, your family, and look for opportunities where you can mitigate risks.

On the other hand, Beau learned the philosophy of life - you don’t have to choose between successful with money and success in life, make sure you’ll use the latter to live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to you. If not, you’ll look back with a lot of regret in life.

He is proud of looking back that he had helped a million kids got expose about financial literacy than looking back earning millions of money. This is what makes him happy and fulfill. He was taught by his dad to invest in other people. It’s the one thing that can’t be taken away from him. It’s his contribution to people. Beau has been blessed to monetize what he loved. There’s nothing that’s really gonna serve you as well as finding that thing that lights you up, that you’re good at, that serves people, that helps people and creating a business around that.

They’re doing against what they know they should be doing, what they’re telling themselves needs to be done and not following through with that.  They know what to do but they’re unable to push themselves to accomplish something.

Procrastination is connected to anxiety and depression. The more you procrastinate, the less you believe in yourself. The more you fail, the bigger is the chance you fail even in the future. One failure can undermine your productivity because it goes down your mood. When your mood is down you’re unable to push yourself to do another task and on and on. Living In A World With More Than Enough | David Meltzer
43:19

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, David Meltzer shares his journey on seeking the true meaning of happiness and love, his ride on creating the world's first smartphone, adding value to other people, and his mindset and relationships around money!

David Meltzer is an entrepreneur, a top Executive Business Coach, best-seller author, Keynote Speaker, CEO and Co-Founder of Sports 1 Marketing, a global sports and entertainment marketing agency that leverages over $20 billion in relationship capital and over 38 years of business experience, bringing athletes, celebrities and businesses together to make a lot of money, help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun.

He has created a platform that uses four overarching principles—gratitude, empathy, accountability, and effective communication—that has allowed him to communicate and mentor everyone from college students to c-suite executives. His mission is to “make a lot of money, help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun.” Also, he is known for his Bestselling book “Connected to Goodness: Manifest Everything You Desire in Business and Life”, “Compassionate Capitalism: A Journey to the Soul of Business” and his newest book, “Game-Time Decision Making”.

David came from a big & poor family, and the only time he wasn’t happy when there isn’t enough money. He thought the money could buy love and happiness. Inspired by his extraordinary mother who works hard for their family, gives him the motivation to strive hard, earn a lot of money, buy a house and car for her. This is why he became hypercompetitive.

Then, he went to the top oil and gas law school in the country because he believes being a litigator is the best way to earn more money. When he graduated, he ended up working on legal research online where he became a millionaire in just 9 months and went from there up to the Silicon Valley. He became a technology guru and a multi-millionaire at his 30s who still believed that money buys love.

Things happened that later he realized that money can’t buy happiness, so shifting the paradigm. David did everything he can to be as productive, to provide value as much as he can, & be accessible to others in service, have much more peace in life, and make sure that there would be no more scarcity for him and his family. Being an entrepreneur now is through making money, helping people, teaching and empowering people to be happy, and having fun. He teaches people to substitute the fear as the catalyst of focus instead, putting health first.

Moreover, according to David, fear is the sucker of souls, it will depreciate and lessen the value of everything. People should be aware of it so that we could pursue our potential and be aware of the dual consciousness and live on it. Likewise, in order to achieve the goals, we must take actions, believe in it, and surrender. Surrender is not sitting on the couch waiting for the results but living in the good consciousness & not allowing the ego-based scares consciousness to exist.

David loves to look for patterns, love to be self-aware, love on forgiving himself, he doesn’t believe there are mistakes, these are only lessons and they’re going to keep on coming & they’re going to keep on teaching us until we learn them. He believes that the more he accelerates and grow exponentially the more productive he will be.

How To Get Rid Of Huge Debts And Trade Effectively| Jason Bond
52:31

In this episode of Millionaire Mindcast, Jason Bond shares his amazing story that you can relate to. A glimpse on how stock trading works, and how he pursues more wealth and fulfillment in life!

Jason Bond is a self-made millionaire trader who left the corporate grind to trade professionally. He’s trained well over 10,000 paid members and is the #1 stock trading stock advisory service TrustPilot, which is the best member review site in the world. He’s the co-founder of the trading education powerhouse, “Raging Bull”, and he’s been featured on Forbes, The Street, Huffington Post, Investing.com, Seeking Alpha as well as the floor of the NYSE.

During college days, Jason didn’t really know what he wanted to do in life. All he knew he likes playing sports. He tried a few majors in college but didn’t like it.  In line with his lifestyle, he chose to teach sports to the kids. He got awards in physical education. Within 8 years in teaching, he loves what he is doing. Jason expected to get rich as a teacher but it turns out not. It leads him to a $250,000 debts. He didn’t know what to do and this is not the life he wanted.

Although he loves teaching, she realized she wants more money. Jason don’t know what to do to get rich, but he knows he was going to do something. Then, somebody recommended the books by Dave Ramsey on how to get out of debt. It was hard for him because he didn’t quite understand the stuff about money but it explains so clearly in the book. Therefore, they sold their house and get rid of the huge debts. So they’ve got to zero, no net worth, no money, no debt. Jason quit in teaching, move to an apartment and sold their nice car. It took some serious risks, a lot of fear, but he was encouraged by the books he read.

Jason explores a lot of different things and didn’t know what exactly it would be. Eventually, he settled on stock trading. He wasn’t a good trader but he knew that if he could be proficient and excellent in trading he could teach really well to other people based on his skill set. Experiencing many highs and lows in life. He works really hard on himself so he can take care of his family, his business, and his members. It took him 3 years to learn the skills of trading, even then it’s still difficult. He did things to win up financial literacy because he wanted to be good at this. He works really hard to stay sharp and teach people what it means to trade. He started to earn money both in trading and in business.

Jason met life coaches regularly to stay aligned with his purpose and stay balanced in life. He learned that in his pursuit of getting rich, it will not make him a better person.  If he could trade better, he can help more people and for him, it’s an achievement. Giving back to charities fulfills himself.

Christopher grew up in a family where a lack of money was always present. At 17-years-old, he decided to do something meaningful with his life. Inspired by what he called the ‘angel of his life’ his Grandfather, who truly believed him, supports, inspires and motivates him that he can do anything and be anything. He decided to be successful, decided to be smart, and really wanted to do legendary things. Chris put himself in those positions to be successful and let himself learned, grew, and took a massive risk.

As a result, Chris and his brother Jack started their company with no money, no experience, no education, no relationships of any kind. There’s been a lot of losses along the way. His whole career was just about trying to build companies and categories, in some cases loss and some cases win. He had been in those places of humiliation many times, lost money, been fired for so many times, but learned from those losses and moved forward.

On the other side, he gained the most important things, the joy, experiences, memories, relationships, and the network. In 10 years, he got a tremendous amount of accomplishment. At 28-years-old, he became a millionaire. He does great things and wins with over $400 billion exits.

Now, end up with having a life that’s fun, and interesting. He’s in the fun part of life that he never really thought about which is helping other people getting their goals and learning at the same time with his podcast. Chris focused on having a good time and hopefully make a very big difference. He’s an entrepreneur trying to do something exponentially different as opposed to incrementally better.

To Chris, it’s important to set goals, it doesn’t matter if you achieved them, it’s about who you become in the process. He trained himself to be a better person, a person that you can count on, somebody who produce results. He chose to be that guy because we have that option in everything. Also, work hard and believe in yourself. When you fail, get up and try again. Confidence comes from training yourself to produce legendary results. It doesn’t come from the people’s encouragement but proving to yourself that you can do it.

The Goal-Setting Process to Own Anything You Want | ROD KHLEIF
59:47

Success is a dazzling word. It’s a common goal for everybody. The reason why everybody else struggles and works harder. When do you say you succeeded in life? Other people linked success to properties, wealth, a huge amount of money in the bank, and favorable career. Yet, it depends on the goals, mindset, and personality you have. Is there a true measure of success?

In this episode of Millionaire Mindcast, we have a superb guest, Rod Khleif who shares tons of value about real estate, business, goal-setting, mindset, life, fulfillment, success and giving back.

Brace yourself as we dive in on today’s episode!

Rod Khleif is passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2,000 homes and apartment buildings. Rod has built over 23 businesses in his 40-year business career. Rod has combined his passion for real estate investing with his personal philosophy of goal setting, envisioning, and manifesting success to become one of America’s top real estate investment and high-performance life coaches. He loves training and coaching the “psychology of success” to aspiring real estate investors and entrepreneurs.

Rod is the founder and long-serving president of the Tiny Hands Foundation, a children’s charitable foundation that leads several annual community charitable initiatives. Over the past 14 years, Rod’s work has benefitted more than 60,000 underprivileged community children.

Rod host of the Top-ranked Real Estate Investment Podcast; “The Lifetime CashFlow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast" with more than 4,500,000 downloads. He is also the author of “How to Create Lifetime CashFlow Through Multifamily Properties” considered to be an essential “textbook” for aspiring and experienced multifamily investors, and the “29 Fatal Mistakes Many Apartment Buyers Make”.

Rod started out from scratch and got his real-estate broker’s license when he turned 18. He encountered a lot of challenges along the way but he chose to play the game and never give up. He admits that his life is moving upside down. During best moments, he thought himself as a ‘real-estate God’, but unfortunately, he ended up losing $50 million in 2008. Rod strives hard and strengthens his mindset to recover from bankruptcy. He discovered that 80-90% of success in anything is the mindset and only about 10-20% is the real estate or business & all other stuff.  Rod believes in the power of visualization and stresses to don’t underestimate it. Anything amazing that’s ever built and created in this world was visualized. It is critical to have clarity of your vision because the clearer your vision is the faster you’re going to get it.

Whatever field you’re up to, growing up oneself is essential. It doesn’t have to be a massive growth but a consistent gradual improvement. Thus, real-estate is tough, if you want to engage, start to educate yourself, and build a strong foundation. There’s no better time than right now to learn this business.

Likewise, focus on the beautiful things that you want, surround yourself with the right people and avoid negativity. Love your family & friends but choose your peers. Find like-minded people, get around with people who are motivated, will push you up and empower you. Don’t let the fears of other people hold you back because the only way to be successful is to be positive. Find what it is that you love and do it because that what makes you fulfilled at the end.

Therefore, if you want financial success, know your target, know exactly what are the things you want and know why you want it.
