GM Resorts, owner of Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas is filed a lawsuit against the hundreds of victims of the October attack across the street from the hotel in an apparent pre-emptive strike to avoid liability for Stephen Paddock’s gun massacre. Two survivors join Nancy Grace to discuss the lawsuit -- including Los Angeles lawyer Brian Claypool and Lisa Fine. Claypool and Fine co-founded the Route91Strong support group for the victims. Sylvia Salinas was working behind the counter at her family's grocery store in Galveston, Texas, when she was fatally stabbed through the heart on Halloween day in 1989. The investigation of the 30-year-old's murder turned cold decades ago, but the work of a TV reporter and Salina's great niece has revealed new clues in an old videotape of the crime scene. Evil Genius: Ted Bundy's decade of kidnapping, raping & killing across America

Ted Bundy, one of America's most notorious serial killers, was also a kidnapper, rapist, burglar, and necrophile who attacked dozens of young women and girls across the US in the 1970s. Bundy's killing spree was interrupted in 1977 when he was arrested for a Colorado murder, but he escaped while being transported to a court hearing. He was caught again in Florida in 1978, but only after a brutal raid on a Florida State University sorority house. Bundy confessed to 30 homicides, although it suspected his death toll was much higher. Bundy was executed by Florida in 1989. Grace's experts are serial killer historian Peter Vronksy, former SVU detective Steven Lampley, and Crime Stories co-host Alan Duke.

When Jovanny Vargas said goodbye to his twin daughters as they left for a school field trip, it was the last time he would see 10-year-old Miranda. Unsolved: Allison Foy vanishes from NC bar, gets brutally stabbed to death

Nearly a dozen years after Allison Foy was last seen alive leaving a Wilmington, North Carolina, bar and a decade after her skeletal remains were found a mile from that night club, her death is still a mystery. Foy, who was 34, asked a bar worker to call a taxi to take her home that July 2006 evening but there is a suspicion that the cab she stepped into was not the one that was called.
