SAFE Night

Tune in to our show to where we go deep and we provide resources that can assist you on your journey.

I am a certified Community Health Worker and consultant, Youth & Community Consultant, Crisis Counselor and so much more. On my show, I would like to address the ongoing stress and anxiety caused by COVID19.

I want to invite you to the FREE session. All services are free, confidential, virtual, and follow best practices of pandemic/disaster response. Local CCP staff (or experts they recruit) deliver information and education on:
•stress management and coping techniques
•problem-solving skills and connection to community services/resources
•building resilience now and for the future

I will host webinars and live streams on not only on health and wellbeing but other topics that will give us options to just get away from all the serious talk. Sometimes we just want to find other ways to cope through the common struggles and just find ways to move forward.

Be on the lookout for some amazing discussion! Follow us!!! Share!!!
