In this episode I speak with the Gordon Ramsay of muscle growth, Paul Carter. Paul and I approach our nutrition VERY differently. As you'll hear in this episode, Paul follows a *very* strict diet throughout the week and every Friday he has one epic cheat meal (you can see them on his Instagram). Now, I'm not a huge fan of cheat meals. And I prefer to eat smaller portions of the foods I enjoy throughout the week rather than having one massive cheat meal. That said, I'm very excited for you to hear this conversation because I think it's important to hear different points of view so you can learn and decide which option works best for you. I've never been through menopause.

I never will go through menopause.

But at this point in my career I've helped hundreds - if not thousands - of women improve their health and fitness while going through menopause.

And I've spent a major portion of my career scrutinously studying and researching menopause and how it effects women especially in regard to their fitness.

Now, I'm sure some people will get mad and say, "you have no right to talk about menopause because you're a young white guy and you've never been through it." 

And if that's what you believe, I respect your right to believe that.

But call me crazy...I don't think anyones race, gender, or age prevent them from learning, studying, and understanding a given topic.
