Rudy Racine is a Certified Professional Career & Leadership Coach, Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker and Workforce Development Director. He is the founder/CEO of HireLearners, a professional coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping organizations develop future leaders.

Rudy holds a Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Hofstra University and has over 10 years of experience helping individuals secure career opportunities in a variety of fields. His professional background includes experience as a Regional Recruiting Supervisor in the NYC Metro Area, a Director of Career Services in both New York City and Southern New Hampshire, and most recently as a Deputy Director of Vocational Rehabilitation Services at Fedcap – where Rudy manages a workforce development program designed to help low-income job seekers overcome barriers to employment and become financially self-sufficient.

As a Coach, Rudy works closely with career-minded professionals, empowering them to build on their skills while also working to strengthen their connection with team members. He is extremely passionate about motivating individuals to reach their full potential and works hard to help professionals fight off complacency. Rudy is a firm believer that anything can be achieved with the right mix of focus and motivation.
