Chiming in on the craziest story of the playoffs so far... the BlueJackets! Which is the perfect time to tell some stories about playing for Torts in New York. Hear about Torts on the treadmill, him not knowing I was traded to his team, us screaming at each other in his office and MORE!

Also, I got an interesting text from Joe Thornton the other day...

My Time as a Shark: Looking Back on My Days in San Jose

One of my favorite seasons in the NHL was playing for the San Jose Sharks with my good buddies Brent Burns, Joe Pavelski, and of course the living legend Jumbo Joe. In this episode, I share some of my experiences in San Jose, dressing room hijinks with the guys, the story of Thornton losing his captaincy, and more. I also take a look at their chances of finally getting "over the hump" and bringing home Lord Stanley -- is this the year?

This episode is sponsored by Minnesota Top Team! I've worked out there, and many other NHL players have too. No gimmicks, no fast track--just hard work and great coaching in programs that work. Our Instructors provide the finest instruction in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, CrossFit,  Personal Training and Yoga. Whatever your goals may be, Minnesota Top Team can get you there.
