Life can be as tough as it is beautiful. Host Nick Hussey, founder of FRAHM Jacket was depressed and suicidal in 2017. After his recovery he created FRAHM to make exceptional jackets, but also to talk openly about mental health and how life isn't always awesome, but the little things can be.
Nick talks to kind, intelligent, diverse, inspiring people about how their real lives really are. Sometimes it's deadly serious, sometimes silly. It's a good chinwag.
It's important to talk openly. FRAHM supports CALM or Campaign Against Living Miserably, the mental health and suicide prevention charity. We know that talking saves lives. So we inspire you to talk about your stuff, good or bad.
