On the 4th March 2009, my life changed forever. My Dad, the man I looked up too, the man who in my eyes had 'everything' on paper took his own life. After it happened I struggled to deal with the grief, I buried the pain and found myself asking the question 'why' over and over again. I too then found myself struggling with depression and anxiety. This Podcast is all about documenting not only my own personal journey to discovering more about mental health and suicide, but to also document other stories too. It's time to talk about mental health, it's time to give it the voice it deserves and hopefully this Podcast can provide that. Hopefully this Podcast helps show others that they're not alone...
Paul McGregor is an author, lecturer, a mental health advocate, husband, Father of 2 and avid Liverpool supporter. He shares daily content, giving mental health a voice across multiple social platforms and through speaking and workshops across the UK.
