Great way to do a rewatch without having to watch. And love all the guests!! To get to listen to how they made 1 of my favorite shows ever is awesome, and makes me love it AND cast even more. Tricia and Marc are also great on their own.

Really fun to hear beyond the scenes chat from Tricia and guests. Also loving some of the analysis of deeper themes and ideas. Occasional sound issues but otherwise great.

Love these two(and guests). I have tremendous love for BSG, my favorite Scifi drama, and hearing the the cast and Mark break it down and tell stories about such nostalgia, is delightfully fulfilling.

Episode Date
Season 2, Episode 13: Epiphanies
01:03:07

Welcome back to ye olde Battlestar Galacticast. Tricia is recovering from bronchitis, Marc played D&D for nine hours straight … but did they have any epiphanies watching Season 2, Episode 13: Epiphanies? Also, what's the opposite of "pulling out"? Beware the Scarlet Pimpernel (and budget concerns!) and listen on.

Season 2, Episode 12: Resurrection Ship (Part 2)
00:53:36

Buckle up for some California beach talk as Tricia and Marc revisit Part 2 of "Resurrection Ship," the episode featuring hot men in hot handcuffs that for some reason inspires a discussion about Gus Van Sant's remake of Psycho. Also, learn the different names for Tricia's toes after they went numb for a week following Comic-Con. Listen!

Aug 13, 2019
Season 2, Episode 11: Resurrection Ship (Part 1)
00:52:57

Tricia and Marc are all up in the first of a two-part story in which the stakes are so high, even Adama can't help but look a little ... diminished. Sometimes you've got so much good material, you might as well just make two episodes out of it. Listen on.

Season 2, Episode 10: Pegasus
00:59:45

Oof, things are gettin’ super-dark! Tricia and Marc are joined this week by special guest Michelle Forbes (Admiral Helena Cain) to discuss Season 2, Episode 10: "Pegasus." Michael Rymer directed this gut punch of an episode, featuring scenes so brutal that Tricia’s hair fell out. Well, that's not the REAL reason her hair fell out … listen on to learn the truth (and better appreciate the fine art of wig maintenance).

Season 2, Episode 9: Flight of the Phoenix
00:53:15

Are you ready to be temporally confused with Tricia and Marc? This week they’re joined by special guest Aaron Douglas (Chief Tyrol!) to discuss all the goings-on in front of and behind the camera of Season 2, Episode 9: "Flight of the Phoenix." Did you know that Aaron was a reader during auditions for Battlestar Galactica and ended up getting a part for himself? Just like Harrison Ford on Star Wars! Also, Cylon Raiders can’t really fly, which was a hard lesson learned by Aaron’s son. Ah, coming of age. Listen on.

Jul 09, 2019
Season 2, Episode 8: Final Cut
01:04:32

Pain is temporary; film is forever! Tricia and Marc are joined by special guest Lucy Lawless to discuss Season 2, Episode 8: "Final Cut." Lucy played D'Anna Biers/Number Three, but what BSG character would she have wanted to take on if not that one? Also, what's in Tricia’s bra? And what the heck does "verite" mean? Watch out for the funky little dudes and listen on.

Re-Release! Season 2, Episode 7: Home (Part 2)
00:54:14

Comin' in hot and feelin' fine! It's rainy in L.A. and Tricia and Marc are feeling a little weird as they revisit Season 2, Episode 7: "Home, Part 2." Speaking of rain, shooting in Vancouver always tends to be a little moist and nude scenes tend to be a little chilly. Also, what does it sound like when you're suddenly transported to the other side of the universe? Just how tomb-y is the Tomb of Athena? Oh, and you haven't lived until you've heard Marc act out how a golf clap evolves into thunderous applause, step by step. Wake up and smell the psychosis. James Remar Forever.

Season 2, Episode 6: Home (Part 1)
00:53:55

Tricia Helfer and Marc Bernardin dive deep into Season 2, Episode 6: "Home (Part 1)," which is the first part of a super-sized narrative that needed two episodes to tell. Join them as they talk about how Adama, still fresh off surviving an assassination attempt, tries to handle the big defections led by Zarek and Roslin, a dynamic duo he calls "a religious fanatic and a terrorist." Our hosts also talk a lot about bowel movements, including Edward James' Olmos's very efficient digestive system.

Also, hooray for the Arrow of Apollo!

Jun 11, 2019
Season 2, Episode 4: Resistance
01:03:50

Tricia and Marc are joined by special guest Michael Trucco (Anders) as they revisit Season 2, Episode 4: "Resistance." Did you know that Michael had read for the role of Apollo? But not even that could've prepared him for the rather undefined intricacies of the sport of Pyramid. Pew, pew, pew! Brought to you by Tricia's wine collection (it's a robust vivante!) and featuring a cameo appearance by Tricia's cat.
