Before that, Carlos sweet-talked his way into Just for Laughs as a digital director, where he convinced them his SEO and marketing experience would help grow their YouTube presence. Spoiler alert: it actually worked. He then had a stint at Boat Rocker Media, building a channel network and managing rights on YouTube – which is basically like being a digital traffic cop, but with more spreadsheets.
