By simply slowing down, settling in to each meditation; you will learn to reconnect with yourself once again. These meditations may give you a sense of calm, peace or grounding; but most of all they will help you quiet the noise and return to yourself, your emotions and intuition. So take this time to just be. Each session will vary in timing, location and type to help you find the one that fits your lifestyle. I will include, guidance, Yoga Nidra, Mudras and other various tools to help you integrate into your meditation practice and carry you meditation into your daily life.
