We're a breaking news organization (apparently) as we're recording immediately after tonight's Town Board Meeting.  Local resident Ken Strnad (hey Ken, buy a vowel!) walks us through the history of Todd's Pond and the serious problem developing with the deterioration of the pond.  Owned by the town, Todd's Pond is a unique flood mitigation resource that protects residents locally, on Valley Road and Downtown Katonah.
