The Colorado Emergency Reporting Net (CERN) is a group of amateur radio operator who reside in the State of Colorado and monitor the Colorado Connection's statewide repeater system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who are committed to reporting any type of emergency called into the net to 911 operators if the caller is unable to make the call themselves.
