In Aviation, when flying high, everything seems so distant, but as you descend to the ground, you establish a more common sight picture. This philosophy can be used for the military transition. The intent is to provide transition lessons and skills, share success stories, identify skills as they apply by MOS to the business world and allow organizations to share key skills necessary for common openings.
