A brand new series to help mums navigate the beautiful chaos of pregnancy and motherhood, created by clinical psychologist Amy Felman and the Founder and Executive Director of the Centre of Perinatal Excellence: COPE, Dr Nicole Highet. 

The Mum Drum explores the range of challenges that many mothers (and fathers) experience on their journey to becoming a parent, and being a mum in the early years. The series helps shine light on the realities of becoming a parent, including when things don't go plan or match up to high expectations.
