I have set myself the challenge of interviewing ordinary individuals with exceptional stories in this series...and then again in 10 years to see what kind of life they've lived. At the end of the interview, they will read out a handwritten letter to their future self, outlining what they hope the next 10 years will hold for them along with any words of encouragement through the difficult times. Will they have found true happiness? Will they achieve their vision and change the world around us? All of this will show that it's not the years in your life, but the life in your years.
