Description

Everyday Brave is a series of real-life stories shared through podcasts and a list of resources tailor-made for you, our Emergency Responders, to use when you need support from the day-to-day stresses that come with your job. Your mental, emotional, and physical wellness should be a priority, but daily on the job demands can leave your own needs off the list. We recognize that everyone struggles with something, and Emergency Responders are no different. Your HEALTH, JOB, MONEY, and TRIBE all can suffer if you aren’t taking the necessary steps to meet your own needs. Our resources are aimed to support you with those life challenges. Putting yourself first allows you to better show up for your brothers and sisters in uniform, to be engaged with your families, and to protect the communities you serve. Responders, we are here to support you.
