Learn how to meditate with meditation coach Julian Meres. Meditation Works. At Mindful Jack we are committed to coaching meditation and promoting its many benefits to mental health and wellbeing. It can help beat stress, anxiety, constant worry and insomnia, as well as change our thinking to break free of bad habits and lead happier, more mindful lives. Meditation helps us learn how we react to fear and how to deal with emotions. Each episode is a self-contained, non-religious meditation session covering basic principles and a 5 or 10 minute meditation. Each session demonstrates how regular meditation can help develop personal traits for a more mindful and calmer way of life; even in the face of the challenge the world is now confronting. Mindful Jack also offers FREE ONLINE COACHING via Zoom and Skype for anyone who needs it.
