This show is for the polymathic, the entrepreneurial, the multipotentialites, and the Innovators!

Now on Season 5!!

PolyInnovator (The overarching personal brand that the PolyCast is under), means Innovation Polymath, or future global changemaker. Created a Modular Degree curated with online courses and micro-credentials. You will find topics wide ranging in interests!

PolyInnovator works in #OmniContent sprints, which are like multi/omni channel episodes. So each release gets a OmniBlog Post, TeleInnovator Video, and PolyCast upload! :D

Between the OmniContent, and the guest interviews I have on the show, there are multiple formats for the #PolyCast. It can get a little confusing, so here is the series that you will see:

Fireside Micro-PolyCast

Bits of idea bursts, rants, explanations, and simply short form 3-10min episodes.

These don't happen often, but they are the medium sized episodes that may have a didactic feel to them. They are solocasts, with a bit of flare.

Each episode of the Omnicontent series starts with a blog post, turns into a slideshow, then a video, and with the video I extract the audio and turn it into a PolyCast!

The Polymath PolyCast Interviews

The interview and guest arm of the show, these episodes tend to be much longer, as they are interview discussions. They have been great, and the nuggets of knowledge anyone can get from them have been insanely awesome. Go take a listen!

If you would prefer the video version:

All in all they keep a similar polymathic feel, and stay true to the "Niche".... However the subniches can be essentially anything. Meaning the topics could be as well, so don't worry if one episode doesn't fit the bill. I'm sure another one will hit it out of the park!

What Does it Mean to Be a PolyInnovator? #PolyInContent

The New PolyInnovation Operating System #PIOS #PolyInContent

Taking a new polymathic approach to how to organize your life. Whether you are a specialist or generalist, there are a lot of things you can learn from the PIOS or PolyInnovation Operating System!

Do note that the video and polycast versions are different than the blog post portion. I share different details or thoughts that I didn't think about in the blog post usually!

The PIOS is meant to change how we manage our multidisciplinary lives at every level.

This PolyInContent episode is meant to show you the holistic Notion system I created for myself, and now am releasing to the world. While the system itself is vast, there are bits that are familiar, such as the INPUT - Modular Degree framework. Not to mention my proprietary OUTPUT - PolyInContent Production Ecosystem.

I would love to take on one million projects at one time, but that’s not realistic and will lead to burnout very quickly. Use self-awareness to recognize which opportunities will bring you joy and not leave you burnt out.”

What is a PolyCast? #PolyInContent

It is NOT too late to Start Making Content! #FiresideMicroPolyCast

I've been creating content for a decade now, across all mediums for half of that time, and starting out with writing since the beginning. I have constantly been okay with being behind the curve, as I knew I started late.

The more I created though, the quicker I realized that it is never too late. The only thing that makes it late is YOU, and if you think it is.

As a more futurist type of thinker I find myself scrambling to make as much as I can because the longer you wait the worse it gets.

You'll eventually decide enough waiting and get started, but do me a favor and make that decision a lot sooner.

What PolyInnovator is All About! #PolyInContent

In what world do we get to choose what we do in it?

Why do you work the job you do? Why do you get out of bed in the morning? Who do you get out of bed for? These are the questions we ask ourselves to progress in life, and make the decisions we would choose.

Is it a business? Is it a personal brand? What is a polymath? Why do you do it?? All your questions and more will be answered!

PLOG - Content Central Silo vs Decentralized Ecosystem #PolyCast

This PLOG, podcast log? Is about the ideas of content creation that have been floating around in my head.

I sometimes talk like a stock reel, and this is one of those times. I normally say speed up my content, but in this case you might not! lol

The ideas I share on here are unique, and I don't think other creators have gotten to this point. I'm not saying I'm further along, but rather been spending way too much time thinking about these things.

Multiple Podcasts for Different Lengths - Multiple Channels for Content Types

This is an extension to a video of a similar topic. Why should we make multiple channels, or in this case podcasts, for multiple content types?

To me it makes no sense in the long run, but sure it is important for CTR, retention, and subscribers. I get that, but those are short term metrics, that impact long term.

Why do we need to change ourselves, when the platforms themselves should change for us?

Here is the video:

The future of social media is super interesting, and something not enough people are talking about. Let alone actively creating ideas for, as we are the ones who build it out.

The users: creator or consumer, they are both the ones building out the platform. The creators of the platform are just there to make it, and perhaps shepherd it in the case of Web2.

Let's see where the internet takes us next!

The Philosophy of Nootropics [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

The idea that we are not fully awake is quite peculiar. Some may even call me crazy for saying it, but it is true. Taking Nootropics gives me the feeling of waking up, even when I'm already "awakened" for the day.

How you decide which ones to take does come from experimentation, and considering I am inbetween stacks myself. I do not have a recommended option for you.

However a couple brands I have liked in the past were:

Brainblitz (pre workout)

Hopefully that may be a good start.

Also the most basic stack you can ever make is Caffeine + L-Theanine. That is usually what I suggest most people start from. Guess what is the main components in Tea? Those two, that is why Tea effects you differently than Coffee.

However you can cheaply get L-theanine supplements from most stores, and take it with your coffee. That is actually what I did this morning too.

Obsessed with Progression [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

Taking action to become 1-4% better each day, and working towards progression.

I myself am Obsessed with progression, and is my main motivating factor in life.

Someone once asked me why we should pursue self-development, and I was so dumbfounded by the question purely because it is human nature. However it isn't necessarily always the easiest task either.

Focusing on 1% growth is the easiest way to pursue said development.

Omni-MATHematics and Molecular Branding with Dimitris Lazarou [The Polymath PolyCast]

►Today we are talking with Dimitris Lazarou is a Brand Identity designer. After studying mathematics, he decided to change his focus into design, semiotics and symbolism.

Season Four Highlight Reel PolyCast Finale

The world has been turned inside out over the past year. What we do during that time should be as positive as possible.

Personally I took the opportunity to interview as many amazing people as possible. Although I may be slow to release, there is no other show I can think of that does as much research into each guest. Giving a unique experience, especially adding the polymathic conversation flow as well.

Given that this season has been no different. So many phenomenal people have come on. This PolyCast stands as a highlight reel of the past season, and what each episode touches on.

Allowing for you to get a holistic view of the season.

Keep out for a splashing season five right around the corner!

Dealing with Burnout [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

Constantly working on things like my #PolyCast or #OmniContent, or just my day job even. It is all starting to get to me, and the pressure to the guests I feel in order to get the interviews out is overwhelming.

I literally think about it every day, which some days motivates me to edit/release, and other days it causes me to not want to work on it at all. Honestly I've only had one guest even get mad at me for being slow to release, and that was more of a misunderstanding in the first place.

Most have been nice and patient even. So the pressure is truly just coming from myself.

Although I made a promise to these amazing people, and each interview adds something new and exciting to the table. I will crawl out of this burnout phase, and keep going forward.

That's all we can do.

Information Architecture of Content Creation [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

How do we go about organizing our content creation? Asana? Notion? Some other random tool?

Well it comes down to the number of layers of abstraction, and how you can organize the data. Whether those are posts, the systems of output, or the silos of content types.

Or lack there of in the OmniContent case.

This is what we go into today in the Micro-episode.

What GaryVee Sees That You Don't [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

To be honest I lost the video I was speaking of in this episode, but in reality he has spoken about these concepts in countless videos.

You can think of the lesson as these:

Know your context of a platform

Study the ins and outs of the trends

jab, jab, jab, jab, jab, & right hook

Act NOW, don't wait

Once you do those things your performance will be monumentally better. I've noticed it too myself, and experimented. Not just taking his words as gospel, but watched the platforms rise and fall firsthand. I.e. I was on vine, and I've been on Tiktok since it was, first on blockchain platforms, etc.

Having a TV for Innovation is what came to mind.

The content is mainly on YouTube at this point, handful on, some on FB Watch (although that won't continue), and in the future there were will be two more places.

Those being vertical format on IGTV, and on or where it is a platform just for TeleInnovator.

I don't like being beholden to whims of any particular platform. That is why I consolidated all the PolyCasts, and the OmniBlog to their respective homes now. To have more control over them. For video I will be using Special, which acts like a Netflix and YouTube hybrid.

The free videos you see on other platforms will be there, as well as a ton of content you can't find else where.

Some free courses like the Self-Education Mini Course, as well as some series that are unique to the platform.

The OmniContent has a ton of mini-series that will get their time to shine on Special as well as other places. However I'm thinking there will be bonus episodes for those series on Special.

In addition to that there is the possibility for completely new series, and maybe even stuff from other creators.

All in all, I'm really excited about it, and I wanted to share that thought with you!

The OmniContent Model [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

I find that the notion of creating 100 pieces of content a day seems impossible, is utterly ridiculous. If you can create one, then you can put out the reps to create more.

Here is the deal though, YOU DON'T HAVE TO.

You only have to make a few pillar pieces to pull from, and then chop them up.

In addition to chopping you can cross post.

In addition to those two, you can simply just share them on platforms that are under utilized. i.e. or blockchain social networks.

Remember this from the polycast:

Strategy + Automation x Execution = Success

Here is a piece I wrote for this polycast, to support the ideas being shared!

Future PolyPro Subscriptions [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

Whether it is written or video there is a service out there for it. I started content creation with the mindset of creating tons of free content, and that hasn't changed.

I still have plans for literal hundreds of free episodes and ideas to come out.

All in the effort creating a great consistency of free awesome content.

That being said, beyond that I'd like to make more detailed pieces, such as blog posts or video series. That could be behind a paywall subscription.

Certainly I'll make sure to have everything behind it worthwhile, and plenty to consume outside it as well! I'm thinking that the courses I make will start out on that video platform. At least until I can make the Modular Education Platform.

Then it could be both.

Beyond that I'm looking at what series could be expanded to have multiple extra episodes on the Special platform.

Thank you for joining me on the The Polymath PolyCast, a show by PolyInnovator! Please say hello to the INNOVATORS in the audience!

We are here to talk about his book Manifestos, Reinventions and Declarations. Thank you Michael for your wisdom!!

"The Desk is the Yoga Mat"

"Manifestos, Reinventions & Declarations is a commentary on this unprecedented moment in history. This is a book about Now. The New Now we’re living in and going through. We’re living in a time when a day can feel like it goes on forever. And since billions of us are going through the same experience at the exact same moment in history, we can all be shifting the world culture together."

His 3 Principles in life:

  1. It gets harder as you get older, but you have to keep looking for inspiration, those moments of magic, allow yourself to be emotionally moved by art... whether it be a movie, music, a painting or a video game.
  2. It's important to be brilliant and be quick, but allow yourself the necessary time and space to be creative when it counts.
  3. You accumulate thousands of good days and bad days, the trick is to have a few more good ones than bad ones.

The Rise of the PolyInnovator Ghost Website [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

What's in store for you?

After building a brand new website for you all, I ended up hitting some technical roadblocks, and need to work my coding knowledge to complete it. Which is exactly what I'm doing!

Recently, I decided to start doing each of the interviews daily until the end of the year. This isn't permanent, but I was stressed by all the people waiting on me, plus this gives me a taste of creating content everyday. A goal I had at the beginning of the year. Now being able to accomplish that in a way.

Along with the brand new website, there is going to be a LOT of stuff for you all to enjoy. I'm revamping all my old blog posts, to a degree at least, in order to have them work with the new platform. I.e. updating pictures, some text, and contextual stuff like references to old platforms. Adding notes, etc.

Interfacing with the Future with Thomas Frey [The Polymath PolyCast]

Today we are talking with Thomas Frey the Architect of the Future, author of Epiphany Z, and he is the Executive Director as well as Senior Futurist at the DaVinci Institute.

Changing the lens on situational futuring.

Recently launched a "Foresight Journaling" Newsletter.

His three principles in life:

1.) There is great value in the human struggle, and when we fail to be challenged, our best-laid plans tend to fall apart at the seams.

2.) The future favors the bold. During periods of great chaos, comes great opportunities!

3.) The “unknowability” of the future is what gives us our drive and motivation. The fact that the future is unknowable is a good thing. Our involvement in the game of life is based on our notion that we as individuals can make a difference. If we somehow remove the mystery of what results our actions will have, we also dismantle our individual drives and motivations for moving forward.

100th PolyCast Celebration and Update! [Micro-PolyCast]

Welcome to today's #PolyCast, I'm so excited to note that today is the 100th! Episode :D

Years ago I thought about what it would be like to have done 100 #podcasts, or in this case #polycasts, and I'm grateful for all the listeners. As well as, all of the people who have come on the show thus far!

I've recorded 70 interviews with amazing people at this point, and I'm thinking I don't want to make them wait much longer for it to be released.

Starting this Nov, I'll be doing an interview a day until the end of the year! This won't set a precedent for after! However I wanted to make sure each person get's their time to shine.

Every episode will also still get accompanying micro-content throughout the next year from the day of release, until I can't squeeze any more out of it!

Additionally, I will be doing the #OmniContent series #TheMultidisciplinarySpectrum I've been meaning to get it out there, but with the website move it got put on hold!

I'm going to hopefully be finishing up the website here soon, and I moved ALL of my content to it, so now things are far more condensed. Hopefully making it easier for all of you!

I want to bring together all the #polymaths under one tribe. Even if they still want to be a part of their own niche pockets, that is totally okay.

We just need a place where we CAN come all together, and I'm in the process of trying to meet all the people creating those tribes, and bring them to the fold.

IF you know of any, then please let me know! @polyinnovator

Do the hard things

Lift others up with your success

"The one thing I want people to take away from this, is that we need to be driving more creativity into education. We need to be giving people the opportunity to come up with their own ideas, and to have the chance to showcase them and develop them. Turn them into things. If we can change the way people think about that, that will be more powerful than the innovations that will come out of it."

Season 3 Epic Launch! [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

Here is the deal, I want to start the next season off strong, and I didn't want an interview to be the launch episode. Felt that it would be too abrupt to jump right in with one, so this micro episode came into being.

After this comes out early on in the week, there will be three interviews coming out: Monday, Wednesday, Friday to kickstart this new season!

The following week will return to the once a week interview schedule, however the next half a dozen OmniContent episodes are all part of the same series. In fact the last OmniContent, #5, Multipotentialites is the first in the series.

I am planning on releasing the next 7 in the eight part series each day of that following week. Along with the interview of that week.

This will be the first PolyInnovator Mini-Series of many!

Week 1: This episode plus three interviews.

Week 2: One interview plus the 7 OmniContents.

Week 3: Back to a normal schedule with one interview, and one OmniContent per week. Now with the new season I decided to go back to a sporadic Micro-PolyCast release cycle.

Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope you are as excited as I am!

Season 2 Finale - What is the PolyCast? [PolyCast 3]

Alright welcome to the Final episode of the season! 😭

I am so excited to share with you the rare regular sized PolyCast episode as the finale.

In this episode I wrap up the season a bit on what has happened, and what is planned for next season.

You may have noticed the icon image for the Polycast changed recently to a more gold text aesthetic. The PolyInnovator colors are red and grey, with a bit of gold, but I felt it was time to make the show have a bit more ... shine... so gold is becoming the color of next season.

Also more importantly I have 22 more recorded interviews to share with you all.

Soon I'll probably hold off on asking my one question I asked everyone:

What is a polymath to YOU?

Which has generated some fascinating answers from every guest. I plan on consolidating each person's answer. Maybe with a bit of my response if it builds on it, and putting it all into one Video/PolyCast.

So look forward to that! I wanted to end this season on that, but I ended up having too many guests for the allocated episodes, which is a good thing! :D

The Continuance of Habits [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

In the final Micro-PolyCast of this season I talk about #habits, #systems, and keeping them going forward.

There is a lot to understand when it comes to the overall arching macro goals, but your habits are the micro steps you take towards those goals. They cannot be left untamed.

Look forward to a rare regular PolyCast as the season finale later this week. For context currently there are only TWO other regular sized PolyCasts. So these are rare! ;)

Going a Day without a Phone Part 2 - The Power of Google Fi [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

Holy crap, I am glad I am with #googlefi GoogleFi

My phone died yesterday, as in needs repair. In order to fix it I need access to my bank which is online only. Screw Chime lol.

I can't log in on pc cause I needed 2 step verification. Can't do that if I can't text

However since #GoogleFi is so interconnected with things like #googlehangouts and even (wouldn't work without the phone on).

I can now get my texts via gmail instead! FANTASTIC GoogleFi

I don't usually share like affiliate links or anything, or at least try not to however. I am freaking so happy with Fi.

Google Fi

When you click this it will bring you to the Google Fi phone service. If you decide to switch carriers to them like I did. Then we both get $20 towards our plans. Here is the real kicker: For me it costs $20 a month for unlimited calls and texts, which it should be the same for you. Then you only have to pay for the amount of DATA you use. Again for me that is around $15, so the total bill comes out to $35 a month. #CHEAP

Its never gone over $40 for me, and has been as low at $28. Although I'm a pretty mild data user, even as a techie!

Going a Day without a Phone [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

I woke up this morning to one of my main forms of work, communication, and play broken. I didn't even wallow in it, simply got on my other main device my PC, and contacted support.

Nothing truly came of it, but at least I sort of know what to do next.

It is interesting food for thought though, what happens when you lose your daily tech?

How it Works: The Polymath PolyCast Interview [Fireside Micro-Polycast]

Hello Innovators, Polymaths, and Entrepreneurs!

This is a micro episode on how the interviews work for The Polymath PolyCast.

Someone asked me how the operations go for the show, and I wanted to address this for everyone! I thought it would be useful to understand the process I go through for each episode of the interviews.

It is a weekly release schedule, with a little bit of sprints at the beginning/end of seasons. Still not sure at the time of this recording how I want to approach the end of this first season!

Since I started doing interviews, things have gotten more streamlined and optimized. I created more of a system, and even a PolyCast Guest CRM.

Since this is the first season with all three series showing up (not counting the rare regular polycast). Those being the Fireside Micro-PolyCast (like this episode), The interviews, and the OmniContent (my main series).

It took a moment to get into a rythym of how they all flow together.

Meaning by the end of this season there will be about 20 interviews released.

By my calculations there will be about 10 interviews released per season. I know that seems like a little, but I don't have any plans of taking a long break between seasons, if any for the 3rd upcoming one. Not to mention I still may do a little sprint the first week.

Anyways let me know if you have any questions!

The Spirit Pillar of a Polymath with Anna Nyeste [The Polymath PolyCast]

Hello Innovators! I am Dustin Miller PolyInnovator. Today we are talking with Anna Nyeste the Self-Care Coach herself!

"We think we know where we wanna go, and then once we get its the idea of now what... whats next?....... But if you're taking that path, where you are actually sitting back, and enjoying the things that come up.... You'll realize how long we actually have here." #nolimitations #journey

Don't confuse goals with results, but follow your journey instead. #FLOW

She even mentions the idea of Micro-Focus that I talked about last week on the Micro-Polycast, which this interview was recorded well before that micro episode. Maybe she inspired it in my mind! :D

"I want to do it this way because that is what I WANT to do, that is just what feels really good right now. Even if the result isn't what I thought it was gonna be, it may lead me to somewhere that I never even thought was a possibility to begin with."

Going Omnichannel [Fireside Micro-Polycast]

How are people going to find you, or your brand? Well presumably they will search online, so how good is your presence?

Are you one of the holdouts who still thinks Facebook is a good platform? So you don't need to be anywhere else? Well I won't see you in five years.

As for the rest of you, let's talk.

You need to have an omnichannel approach to your brand and content.

It doesn't mean you have to make content from scratch for every single page. Trust me I used to do that. Although that doesn't hurt either if you have the capacity.

What is more effective time wise, but still also valuable to the audiences is content recycling. Which means either repurposing or reposting.

The latter is something you want to be very careful with, there is a fine line between being thoughtful and sharing something again on another platform and being sleazy sharing the same thing everywhere.

Take a listen to the micro episode today to learn more!

Macro and Micro Focus [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

As a result of yesterday's OmniContent, I had mentioned "Micro-Focus", and I wanted to explain more on what I meant by that.

Micro Focus being the day to day attention, curiosity, and tasks.

Macro Focus is the overall goals and knowledge pools you want go gain.

Having the self-awareness of knowledge which to be thinking about!

Check out the OmniBlog post I mentioned!

The Three Variables of Exercise [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

The aspects of #exercise that many people either overlook, or don't realize come in a perfect trifecta for your growth.

How you approach your workouts depends on at least one of those above, and you really shouldn't pursue more than one at a time. Except in rare circumstances that I mention in the episode.

I touch on it more here:

I am Personal Trainer, Swim Instructor, Water Fitness Instructor, but the advice I am giving must be taken mindfully. I would MUCH rather you talk to a personal trainer near you, or some other professional, rather than taking this advice and going straight to the gym.

The main reason I created it is because of the fact that many people push themselves in one of these variables during workouts, but if form is incorrect or experience not high; There can be times where people are pushing themselves in 2-3 variables at a time, which is quite dangerous if you are not careful.

I wanted this episode to be an enlightening experience, to help you visualize your strategy and workouts accordingly! :)

Quarantine Opportunities [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

Simply wanted to express the immense opportunities that can be seen, if you open your mind during this #quarantine.

I hope that if you are dealing with health or financial difficulties that you make it past that hurdle prosperously. This is an episode for those who are not experiencing the deep problems, but I hope that can be helpful!

They say time is the most valuable asset, and I couldn't agree more. Due to this very weird time we were given an immense opportunity with a load of time on our hands.

Sure many people lost jobs, or starting working from home, so for them it may not be AS applicable. However I think that now we are at home, there is still much more time on our hands to go try that new hobby. Work on that book, and create content.

Perhaps this could be known as the great creative expression time, rather than a horrible pandemic.

Cheers, -Dustin M. PolyInnovator

The Rise of the Personal PolyInnovation System [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

The first phase of #PolyInnovator concept is evolving (not changing) from Self-Education, to Self-EduDevMent; A concept I coined for the personal growth trifecta.

This is because a lot of what I talk about are bits and pieces of each of those in the Trifecta. So we might as well dig into it!

Self-Education = Foundation and Learning

Self-Development = Four Pillars Philosophy and Balance

Self-Improvement = Atomic Habits, Deep work, and Systems Thinking

Combine that altogether, and you have the Personal PolyInnovation System!

PolyInnovator Manifesto

My legacy is that I aim to help the Earth achieve Type-1 Civilization status by the end of my life.

What I aim to do is to create a Hub of Innovation (What I called the United Living Construct), through my personal brand PolyInnovator. The first step is to teach people how to change themselves first through education, which is why I created the Modular Degree, a Self-Education Framework. Through this Self-EduDevMent* (Coined term I created) endeavor, where people can find their own Ikigai and passions. We can introduce much more passionate creators in the world, pushing the innovation forward, and we can #MAKEACHANGE.

Through the Hub, I wish that people can take up the mantle of #Innovators (my community is called that). Thereby creating the necessary momentum as a catalyst for change to become a type-1 civilization.

The PolyInnovator Way of Interviewing Guests on the #PolyCast [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

A short and sweet description about what I do to interview, or rather prep to interview guests on the polycast.

I really love talking to people, but I knew from the beginning that Active Listening was a skill I would need to work on. From what I can tell, and have been told I've been doing well with it.

In fact a friend of mine who happened to check out the show was dumbfounded about how I could stay silent for so long. lol

This is because I really care about my guests, and want them to have a great experience on The Polymath PolyCast!

Cheers :)

The Evolution of the #PolyCast [Fireside Micro-PolyCast]

This short and sweet Micro-PolyCast, is simply an update of how things are going to progress.

I wanted to clarify my intention to set the Interviews to a weekly release. Not only is that more sustainable in the long run, but I can also focus on quality editing, and not get burned out!

The launch of the second season was a rush of awesome posts, so I hope you get a chance to check them all out!

I started a collab with a dear friend of mine, to use his newest project so to speak. As background tracks in my polycasts. His #SourHour tracks are really cool, and unique. I wanted to share them with you.

Today's Outro music was created by @Lemonectric on Twitter!

Choosing to be Proactive with Lee Chambers [The Polymath PolyCast]

Choosing to be Proactive: From Losing the Ability to Walk, to Striving Towards the Future

I am on today with Lee Chambers, Founder of Wellbeing Consultancy, Workshop Facilitator, and overall life guru himself.

\\We are talking about the dichotomy of the mental and physical aspects of life.

Lee has qualifications in Performance Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning Coaching, and Advanced Sleep Consultancy, and he delivers multi-discplinary workshops focused on improving performance and productivity through increasing employee wellbeing. This is an issue very close to his heart, as after losing the ability to walk in 2014 due to chronic illness, he has battled back to achieve a positive health outcome, and is now on the pathway to become medication free. He is currently studying an MSc in Environmental Psychology, with a focus on human interaction with workplaces and natural environments. He also presents the Health and Wellbeing show on Ribble FM Radio, and speaks in Educational establishments about his varied career path.

Based in Preston in the North of the UK, Lee is currently working with business owners and employee teams to create culture change, wellbeing strategies and champions. He is a father of 2, coaches a disability football team, and enjoys the odd slice of cake. He is currently writing his first book, “How To Conquer Anything”, which will be released in 2020.

PolyCast Trailer

The ins and outs of The Polymath PolyCast, and how it began.

The U.L.C. Podcast was technically a different show, but it was how PolyInnovator started. The topics covered in it are the same as the PolyCast, so I decided to add it in here.

I started doing PolyCast episodes, and OmniContent episodes as the new show! That is technically the main show, alongside the Interviews/discussions.

I wanted to share some unique ideas or topics, that weren't part of the main show. I turned that into the Fireside Micro-Polycast.

Being a polymath means it is hard to focus on one thing, and I wanted to embody the interdisciplinary nature of that lifestyle. That is why the show is so divergent, but hopefully that creates a truly unique experience for you!
