Guests include senior US Navy and Marine Corp officers who draw on their experience to when discussing topics that are relevant to ethical, philosophical and legal dilemmas that they have faced in the course of their careers. Midshipmen as well as Junior Officers are particularly encouraged to listen. Ethics and the Naval Warrior is hosted by Michael Sears, a 1978 USNA grad. Michael spent 5 years in the Marine Corps and then earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University. He then went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is now Director of the Boeing Innovation Lab at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
