If they are open they are dead, do not use them! As soon as the pasta water is ready add the pasta and set your timer per instructions. Place a large saute pan on the stove and add the olive oil and garlic. Briefly saute the garlic then add the clams, basil and crushed red pepper to the pan and cover with a lid allowing the clams to steam open. If you have timed this correctly the clams will open with about two minutes to spare on the pasta, turn off the heat on the clams and keep covered until serving. In this episode of Make It Cute, Miles is joined by his friend, fellow tiktoker and recipe developer Justine (@justine_snacks) to talk all things about the Millennial Aesthetic and common stereotypes that millennials fall into. Miles and Justine take a quiz to see if they fall within those millennial stereotypes, and talk about all the things millennials take to the next level. In millennial fashion Justine shares her variation of avocado toast and Miles shares an amazing upgrading G&T recipe. You do not want to miss this extra special, extra long episode. Justine's Upgraded Ina Inspired Avocado Toast: 1lb salmon  1 tbsp chili powder Juice from one lime Salt & pepper to taste 2 cups shredded green cabbage 1 small handful fresh dill 1 cucumber, seeded and diced 3 tbsp white wine vinegar Salt & pepper to taste 2 avocados ½ tbsp sriracha Salt & pepper to taste 4-6 slices of crusty bread, preferably sourdough ~Preheat your oven to 425F and rub down your salmon with the chili powder, lime juice, salt and pepper. Garnish with more dill or lime juice as you see fit. Get ready to eat some "macaroni in a pot" and take a "wet ass" shot for the recipes this episode. Tune in to hear about Beyoncé and some delicious recipes!  Recipe: Buffalo "Blue Ivy" Chicken Dip Two chicken breasts (shredded) 16 oz of shredded cheese (monterey jack/cheddar) 1/4 cup bleu cheese dressing 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot  4 oz of softened cream cheese (cubes)  Kosher salt Fresh cracked black pepper Combine ingredients above in a bowl (use half the cheese in the mixture), transfer to 9x9 baking dish, top with 4-8oz of shredded cheese. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes; then broil for 3 minutes. Garnish with chives, scallions, or bleu cheese crumbles.  Adjust the recipe for spice and consistency as needed - it's very customizable! If making this dish for one scale back the ingredients by half, (1 chicken breast, 1/8 cup of bleu cheese dressing, 1/8 franks red hot, 2 oz cream cheese) and for the cheese, we add cheese with our hearts (add as much or as little as you'd like).  Cocktail: Boozy Watermelon LEMONADE  1.5 oz watermelon pucker 4 oz fresh made lemonade or store bought 1 oz of vodka  1 sprig of mint (spanked) 1 reusable straw (#SAVETHETURTLES) Can garnish with a lemon slice, tahin rim, and mint!
