The Honest Hour is where we get real with our mental health. Being 22 and still trying to understand my mental health, I figured it was time to start learning and this is the chance for you to learn with me. From my experiences to the experiences of others I hope you learn more about yourself and your mental health. Mental health is a huge part of my life and many others, but the best thing we can do is open up.
