I created UnChronically to bring hope and help to those battling chronic illness, as well as their caregivers. Whether newly diagnosed, still awaiting a diagnosis, or supporting someone as their caregiver, it is never easy to learn your "new normal", coping with new depression and anxiety that often comes with it. I put together the most helpful resources I've come across while navigating my life with multiple autoimmune diseases and I'm excited to share them with you here.
