In "Just Give Me A Second" brittney & zach discuss issues large and small that come up in their lives as musicians, educators, vegans, long distance runners, spiritual seekers, overachievers, listers, sufferers of depression and anxiety, and, most importantly (and most challengingly), parents just trying to live with less suffering and more joy in this life. There may be musical interludes, premiers, and experiments.
