Becoming Priority is a podcast for busy women who need to be more intentional about making time for your spiritual, mental, and physical health. Healthy is more than a number on a scale or a clothing size and involves every area of our lives. I know it can be a struggle to take time for you without feeling selfish! But when you make time for yourself on a daily basis, you can show up better for yourself and for those around you!
