Description

The term ‘neurodiversity’ was coined in the late 1990s by sociologist Judy Singer, herself autistic, to positively advocate a greater understanding of people who learn or think differently from their peers. These podcasts feature Joanna Aunon, Director at WiHTL, as she explores with her guests ideas for how employers and organisations can increase their awareness of neurodiversity and create inclusive environments to attract and support neurodiverse talent, alongside considering how to support working parents of neurodiverse children.
