When it comes to individuals data privacy with GDPR and iOS 14.5 it has become an Opt-in world. Regardless of what the laws are - the only ethical way to track and store private information on individuals is via the Opt-in. We will cover the latest laws and technical issues that relate to Data Privacy and point out those that are not acting with the individuals best intentions. There are those that look at privacy laws and rules as "roadblocks" to get around and/or think Opt-out is an option - this podcast is not for them.
