I have a passion for helping women see their true strength and purpose. I speak to women struggling to live a life at fullest expression instead of just existing. I am determined to do this after spending the last 12 years as a self-healed survivor who got off the couch and now confidently lifts really heavy shit. I work hard to be a light to those of you who hide themselves in the dark; by sharing my experiences and encouragement through love and vulnerability. I just happen to use powerlifting as the way to overcome my pain and share purpose on and off the platform! Thanks for your support!
