We’re Coryn & Crysanne — a mother-daughter duo who spent years obsessed with health and fitness... but doing it all wrong. We fed off each other’s perfectionism, restriction, and misinformation — chasing “the perfect body” that left us feeling exhausted, stuck, and never enough.

Healing began the moment we stopped chasing perfection and started trusting God. Now our mission is to guide women toward a healthier relationship with food, fitness, and themselves with God at the center. Real change is not only possible — it’s lasting.
