The Athlete and What podcast launched in February of 2024 with the goal of using his NIL/on-air background educate athletes, coaches, business owners, and fans on the NIL industry. Mitch Gerber is an NIL educator and has spent more than 11 years in college athletics. He currently works with Triumph NIL, an NIL collective at Virginia Tech, to help VT athletes maximize their potential in the NIL landscape.
