Richard’s Mountain Bike Show has great topics and great guests talking about everything mountain bike related with a bit of humour thrown in for good measure! I'm pretty useless but i try REALLY hard and i just try to have fun and enjoy my mountain biking as much as possible. I mostly ride in the Forest of Dean but i like to visit the Surrey Hills, Afan, Cwmcarn and Bike Park Wales and i'm in training to ride the Megavalanche as i crashed and burned last year!!
