Rashad has conducted dating and relationship workshops from 2012-2015 and has been participating in forums and settings discussing race and cultural themes since 1996.

Rashad is author of the book “The Browning of Europe, Multicultural Challenges and Perspectives of a Changing Europe”, which examines race, ethnicity, immigration, and cultural identity in Europe.
