Hi friend! I'm Sigoni; military spouse, mom of 3, and recovering anxious perfectionist. For years I tried everything - self help books, productivity hacks, and organization systems - while juggling family, home, and business. But behind the scenes, I was battling overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and burnout. My body was present, but my mind was always somewhere else.

It wasn't until I stopped chasing what worked for everyone else and started looking inward that things began to change. I learned how to spot triggers, manage anxiety, practice mindfulness, and use self care routines to support my mental health - all while using crochet as a form of creative coping and stress relief.

Now, life isn't perfect (and never will be), but I finally feel more calm, grounded, and present. On Crocheting Through Emotions, I share practical mental health tools, mindset shifts, and mindfulness practices to help you untangle your thoughts, reduce stress and overwhelm, and reconnect with yourself - one gentle step (and one crochet stitch) at a time.
