This podcast is for anyone that has ever dieted, given up on a diet, lost weight then regained it, feels like dieting doesn't work for them. We will be dispelling dieting myths, there will be free tips and advice, all your questions answered. My aim is to help as many people quit yoyo dieting as possible, lose weight for the last time, and keep it off for the long term, while feeling absolutely fantastic.
