Hi! I'm Alex! A Family Nurse Practitioner who decided to pause my career to raise my five sons. Being a mom is my absolute dream job and my goal for this podcast is to encourage you in your own motherhood journey. 

We'll chat all the mom life things - faith, fertility, marriage, stay at home moms life with toddlers, babies, tweens, health and wellness, homeschooling, and I'll share all my favorite resources, books, tips, and nurse mama hacks. 

My goal is for you to leave the episode energized and encouraged in God's plans for your motherhood - because I truly believe that a joyful mama can change the world. As my patron Saint, Mother Teresa says, "Joy is a net of love by which we catch souls." Let's do this!
