Description

Are you tired of leaving your doctors’ appointments confused about the next steps? Are you sick of scouring the internet about health questions? Do you wish your doctor had more time to explain things to you? Are you ready to know exactly what you can do for your health? In this podcast, you will find health topics broken down into step by step instructions freeing you from confusion, googling, and lack of progress in your health. My mission is to equip you to manage your chronic conditions, navigate acute health problems, tackle lifestyle changes, and raise healthy children. If you are ready to take steps towards optimum health — you are in the right place. Hey, I’m Kayla, a medical student, passionate about changing the way we do healthcare. My hope is that we start to look at going to the doctor more like going to school - that we understand it requires homework to make progress.
