Welcome to the Lead for Life Podcast. My name is Tim Jolly. I have an MBA in Human Resources. I am a certified professional in HR, training coordinator, teacher/coach, and former pastor. This podcast is here to help everyday people grow and develop into better leaders, in the home, in the community and in the workplace. This podcast is not for CEOs or megachurch pastors...it is for everyone! So, if you are interested in using management and leadership principles to better your everyday life and relationships, then you've come to the right place.
