Two true crime enthusiasts explore an old asylum case, digging up recordings, medical notes, and news clippings to discuss a patient's mystery illness and her doctor's infatuation with her. Daphne and Preston, the co-hosts of a true crime podcast, unearth the case of Doctor Love - psychiatrist Doctor Burnett - who, in the 1950s, kidnapped her patient - the previously unnamed Hazel - so they could run away together.
