Killer Klowns, yes with a “K” descend upon a sleepy town that is slow to catch up to their invasion as they HARVEST EVERYONE IN COTTON CANDY COCOONS…

Movie came from 3 brothers who started a special effects company — The Chiodo Brothers.

Some of their most iconic works include the “Large Marge” claymation from Pee-wee’s Big Adventure and the monster effects in Critters, a 1986 horror-comedy.

… When teenagers Mike (Grant Cramer) and Debbie (Suzanne Snyder) see a comet crash outside their sleepy small town, they investigate and discover a pack of murderous aliens who look very much like circus clowns. They try to warn the local authorities, but everyone assumes their story is a prank. Meanwhile, the clowns set about harvesting and eating as many people as they can. It's not until they kidnap Debbie that Mike decides it's up to him to stop the clowns' bloody rampage with help from Debbie’s ex-boyfriend, Dave The Cop.

South Carolina brothers Dorsey and Howard Dixon worked for many years in Carolina textile mills, and some of their original compositions were sung by striking mill workers during labor disputes in the early 1930’s. This earned them the nickname “hillbilly communists” among the local authorities. RCA Victor Records saw fit to record the rabble-rousing duo, and they released over fifty sides in their time. “Intoxicated Rat” features The Dixon Brothers’ easy vocal harmonies and trademark slide guitar style.

Podcast Daddy-O From Maryland Part 1 - Hollywood Fringe Festival - Binge-Watchers Podcast #134

Jase Whitaker on the most awesome Binge Watchers ever. Simpatico. Shout out to Maryland ladies. "After a short stint in celebrity and fashion public relations, he fully invested in acting in 2011, when we gained recognition as a lead in the 2011 Hollywood Fringe Festival production 'Eavesdropper', in which he wowed audiences in his portrayal of an unstable gay man who's boyfriend has died of AIDS.

This role soon led to small featured roles on shows such as Comedy Central's Key & Peele and Community, which soon led to a recurring role on the hit comedy series, Baby Daddy. In early 2016, Jase presented his first ever original television series to Freeform (formerly ABC Family), the same network that cast him on Baby Daddy, based on his experiences when he first moved to Los Angeles. The day following his first meeting, he was granted an "open door pitch policy" with the network.

By winter 2016, his second ever concept was optioned and he has continued to build from there." IMDb this kid! How an entertainer is like an astronaut living on the moon and then rockets home from LA, humble beginnings on the East Coast, Maryland women, passion and ambition, what "The Bodyguard" teaches us all, not seeing race on TV, why writers are samurai, how John Travis and Jase set a milestone on a single episode, and perhaps, record the greatest Binge Watchers podcast of all time.

Even stories about fathers and growing up. Differences between stage and TV actors.

Rhythm & Booze Revue
Jason Wells returned for our last blast of a recording in 2014, secret audio techniques shared by Richard Nixon and podcasters, taking on North Korea one podcast at a time, Jason Wells Music Dot Com, imitation Jason Wells and the real Jason Wells, your name is a domain name but you cannot have it, dorking out on music and accidently finding a great rocker on Instagram like Jason Wells, the hard and lean times of rocking, origin stories of music, going on a mid-West tour, promoting new music, life on the road, dealing with club owners, and getting paid to play music, where the music began hiding in his bedroom from the wrath of a stepmother, introducing our rocker buddy to a movie called Almost Famous, he mentions a new film called The Good Lie, we pitch a reality show starring Jason Wells...Then Jason asks where Nicky T and John Travis get their movie making chemistry, and Skype ruins a Kodak moment. Our review of Jason Wells (legit): "If Rolling Stones decided to write a feature about the "Descendants of Rock and Roll" Jason Wells would not only should be mentioned, hell, he should be at the top. His sound comes at you like a slow burning freight train fire that builds up steam with very cord until it is white hot and it stays with you long after the playlist is over---It becomes a fond memory of discovering a great artist in the middle of his journey." Right off the boot: Sony hack, Kim Jung Un, North Korea, and will The Interview ever get released. How much damage has been done to a film studio, Alamo Drafthouse protest, other films being cancelled, production companies running scared, North Korea super computer, dictators on Facebook, nuclear war, which action star can we send to handle the situation? Dave has a dream that John Travis's next film is called LEPRECHAUN FUCKER. Having sex on camera with Warwick Davis as method acting, Nicky T wants to give Dave oral over his movie selections, why they haven't seen all the Hellraiser movies. What the fuck is a "crtiton?" John explains. Nick still won't watch the Superman films. The New Older Newer Terminator
Pictures of manly sandwiches, what it means to have a salad with bread, two new shows: Man's Dinner and Nick's Hikes, the good old days of podcasting, why we break format all the time, the two competing versions of Binge Watchers, guest participation scores, "audio dead fish", props to comedian Justin Matson, Nora Ephron, sending tweets through Facebook messenger, fan twitters with more followers, people who comment on videos all day, Youtube stars, really recording like we're in a garage, "cassette tapes in a basement method", learning nothing about ourselves in a year, still being broke, getting too old and too tired to burn candles, exporting the magic an hour later, how John chooses episode titles, building entire podcasts around the career of Christian Slater, sucked in by Star Wars fan trailers, the "black storm trooper" or the "black storm trooper." Star Wars reddit leaks, why the Binge Watchers will never discuss Superman movies, Super Nintendo games, side discussions about movies turned video games, Friday the 13th on Nintendo, and the new Freddy vs. Jason Nintendo game. The Nymphomaniac film is briefly talked off. The old future, or why we will have to use old technology in our broken super future, and why can't the Terminator find Sarah Connor? Linda Hamilton is wrecked. Yes, folks, we binge watch the entire Terminator franchise. Also Lawn Mower Man. Californiaisms. If You Can't Make Them Laugh, Make Them Cry
Comedian Justin Matson (fresh off a comedy show and a web series called BEEF) stops by to binge watch on some Edward Scissorhands, Hero, Princess Bride, and some other great movies. Talking about the differences between playing the live vibe of a comedy club audience versus trying to captivate a film going public. John Travis shares a disastrous screening experience at a friend's festival. Strategies are employed to tell good jokes and control a room. What to do when a heckler pulls a knife on you, and why is the woman in the front row crying? Nothing cuts the tension like a good song from Jason Wells, so enjoy "Friend or Foe." Getting played off your own show, hyping up our musical friends, does every comedian need a website, do you have to brand out, sketch writing, acting tips for comedians, how actors try to out do each other with emotional beats in real life even when they are only ordering coffee, save the drama for the drama class, how the film industry has exploded and then been exploited by the internet, how streaming has enhanced our binge watching habits, fans on instagram are insta-criminal charges, and a black and white vampire movie is plotted in the final minutes. Creating Mixdown for the Unofficially Official Anniversary Movie Podcast Show
Whoa, we have been podcasting for a year. There have been many ups and downs on this audio roller coaster...both adventurous rocks and disastrous rolls. One of us almost died from a blood clot, the other had his annual nervous breakdown and deep meditation to restore his wizard powers. Scripts did not sell, feature films did not get made, our other podcast was cancelled, our new comedy channel didn't take off, one girlfriend broke hearts, and one wife got disinterested. A short film did get made in the mix of all of this chaos called life, but it failed to connect beyond a small dedicated audience. We had several conversations with other comedians, filmmakers, musicians, and artists that led us to a greater understanding of how the universe shakes things down. But time seems to be very cyclical. To celebrate 50 episodes, we were going to do our Die Hard 2 holiday commentary track, but Nicky T screwed that up, so John Travis scoured the internet for TOP 50 movie lists, like literally top 50 and only #50's out of some popular genres: horror, comedy, drama, scifi, and indie. Then tests Nicky T to see how well he has binge watched the selections, and what their vodka-soaked memories recall about each movie. Star Wars fan trailers are debated at the last minute and Jason Wells provides our soundtrack with "Blue River." Boston Dot Com reports "Silent Night, Bloody Night" as the top 50 horror movie. Time Out London lists "When Harry Met Sally" as top 50 comedy. Game Radar marks "Barbarella" as top 50 scifi. Gear Patrol claims "A History of Violence" as top 50 drama. Empire Online lists "The Wrestler" as top 50 indie. Find us on social media: Sponsored by, so buy an ugly sweater at Watch our short film here:
