This is a great podcast with very useful advice on a variety of topics that you can implement to improve your mental health or to better understand and care about others. Dr. Ellen Hendriksen really conveys compassion in her voice and she has an immediate uplifting affect on me. I also recommend you listen to the Quick and Dirty Tips podcast "The Nutrition Diva" for another pleasant and helpful female voice.
